Used plastic packaging containers and plastic products generated from households within Yokosuka City will be transported to JCS's "Kawasaki Super Sorting Center" after intermediate processing within the city, where they will be transformed into raw materials for chemical recycling*3 and reprocessed into recycled resources.
The City of Yokosuka has declared the "Yokosuka City Zero Carbon City" initiative, aiming to achieve net-zero CO₂ emissions by 2050, and we will work together to further promote plastic resource circulation toward the realization of this goal.

The J&T Recycling Group will continue to participate in municipal recycling business initiatives based on the Plastics Resource Circulation Act at major business locations across Japan, further advancing the recycling of plastic waste and contributing to the formation of a Recycling-Based Society.
