The purpose of use of personal information held by J&T Recycling Corporation shall be as follows, except cases where the company notifies the individual at the time of acquisition or thereafter or makes a public announcement.

As a general rule, please ask the person in charge at the company who you provided the personal information.

3. （3）Documents to be submitted in the request

After making the request, we will send you the submitted documents.
When a proxy requests them, a power of attorney must also be submitted.

iii. Administration fees are paid by the requester (only for applicable requests)
iv. The requester sends us the documents for requests

4. （4）Administration fees paid for by the requester

For "purpose of use" or "disclosure request," an administration fee of ¥1,000 must be paid for each request.
The person paying is requested to bear the costs of any remittance fees.
